We flew with you on our most recent trip, and although, for the most part, it was a smooth, drama-free ride I do have one thing to say.

Removing things in an effort to upsell me them is super tacky and annoying. You offer a huge entertainment package, but you don’t leave any of the basic channels for those of us who are trying to cut back. Not even the progress map? I mean, really, I have to sit there with a big “Order Now!” screen in my face?

And then you only have snacks if I pay for them. I’m spending 5-6 hours with you, I don’t feel like a bag of peanuts is a huge thing to ask…

I understand that you guys need to make money and that running an airline isn’t cheap, but this means that, down the line, when we’re considering who to fly with (and we will have to make that decision again, very soon) you don’t give me any reason to choose you over another airline. Now it’s not as bad as when an company goes out of their way to be dicks (we’re looking at you Delta) and have been wiped them from our list entirely, but this is a missed opportunity to create a loyal customer.
