Man, looks like I have IKEA on the brain these days, huh? Love IKEA’s prices, but loath the crowds and amount of time it takes? Well, this site gives great tips and tricks on how to make your next trip much quicker and more bearable (and get a cinnamon roll on the way out!).

I am very much looking forward to taking a trip out to the new Brooklyn store! Here’s just a few things I would like to get. (Though, a $300 rug is out of the question… I can still day-dream!)
1. IKEA PS
2. JORUN VÄXT
3. MALM
4. UNG DRILL
5. VIKA FINTORP & VIKA AMON

Ooooo, fun stuff… and they’re launching it on my birthday!
Kidrobot just announced a jewelry collaboration with designer Tarina Tarantino. The goods will debut in Kidrobot and Tarina Tarantino’s Soho stores on July 30 and range from $65 to $975. We couldn’t think of a more fitting designer for Kidrobot to make jewelry with. Tarantino has designed a Barbie doll and Barbie-inspired jewelry and famously gave Hello Kitty pink hair in 2002 (an image she still uses in her jewelry designs), and she’s earned a cult following with her bright, shiny creations. Not to mention she calls her L.A. headquarters “The Sparkle Factory.”

… Oh yea, and Jack! Because, amongst other things, he buys me super cute shoes (Blowfish’s Hobbit)! I’m looking forward to having many adventures in them!
And in other shoe news, I really really want these Atlanta Adidas. I just can’t bring myself to pay $85 for sneakers. And, like Jack said, I’d have to buy two pairs; one to wear and one to keep mint in the box. ;P

Thought this was great fun and I’m really considering picking up one! (Honestly, though, I would really need a Super NES controller, that being my console of choice.)

We are headed to California at the end of the month, and I have found the perfect accessory to match my BoardShorts! (Jules will probably be wearing something more conservative.)
Does Black Light work with my Nip-Glo?
YES! YES! YES! On the NEON NIP-GLO. Your already colorful NEON Nip-Glo will thrive in black light! Walk anywhere near a black light and your Nip-Glo will go extreme for you.

I’ve been using my cousin’s wedding as an excuse to buy dress after dress. But, the dress I’ve really been wanting is this Sandhill Halter Dress for about a month now, but the $170 price tag had been keeping me at arms length. But, my sweet lovely grandmother said she would help me pay for it since she really knew how much I wanted it. And, I am happy to say that, as of yesterday, I am in possession of the last size 2 in this city! Now we start shopping for Jack and find me some shoes!

I would love to be in possession of this quirky piece! This is right up there with those lovely eyelash necklaces!
New from the Fall 08 collection, moustache necklaces! As featured in the Gen Art moustache naming contest last month, the Inspector Closeau (thin) and the Phileas Fogg (bushy), both necklaces are oxidized bronze with 24″ sterling chains. They function as both a sophisticated piece of jewelry and can also be held up to the upper lip monocle-style for the extra statement or handy disguise.
