As predicted, this was a wonderful weekend! Highlights:
- Braved the weather on Saturday and checked out some of the holiday markets.
- Took a little train ride out to Greenwich Connecticut and saw our first snow of the season.
- Diana’s party was great, though we probably stayed out a little longer than we should have.
- Brunch at La Bonne Soupe.
- Saw the Tim Burton, Bauhaus & Monet “Water Lilies” exhibits at MoMA.
- Tasted terrific beers at Brooklyn Brewery.
- Dinner at Brooklyn Bowl.
- Swung by Rockefeller Center to check out the tree.

Once upon a time a California boy met a Georgia girl in New York. They didn't get along, at first. But, little by little, they fell in love. Today they are happy and still very much in love, running a business and a blog together.

Remember the first time you ate at La Bonne Soupe? I will never forget - one of my favorites. Know you had a wonderful weekend with your parents in town!!

Do you think the inflatable…blue.. (lightbulb?) in the photo above usually spends the holidays in Burton’s front yard?

Make sure you send me a picture of the Bentley when Jack picks it up from the Greenwich dealership. Hope it’s the red one!
