O Mia O

O Mia O by SZYMON ROGINSKI
Somewhere between fashion and art, the second and third dimension these wonderful pieces done by Szymon Roginski, for designer Ania Kuczynska exist.

This work was inspired by cubism.
We tried to break 2 dimensional sense of photography as well as cubist painters in 20’s tried to break 2 dimensions in painting.

UnGoogled

UnGoogled
I honestly can’t think of a company that’s more integrated into my daily life like Google is. Abhigyan realized this and recently had a “Week of Discovering Alternatives For Google’s Services.”

I was shocked with what I saw. I was practically living my life with Google. And the revelation set my brain in motion – that maybe… just maybe, I’d become a Googaholic. I started wondering whether I could survive being off Google’s services for an entire week. And thus started my week-long quest to look for free, functional alternatives to most things Google.

And here we are!

Happy 2010
It’s the start of not only a new year, but a new decade! How exciting! Our New Years was so much fun, especially considering this is actually our first together (2008: Jack was in California, 2009: I was in Atlanta). We went out pretty late and headed down to Diana’s party. The three of us ended up staying up well into the morning, at which point we invited Diana up to our place for bagels, eggs and screwdrivers and decided to see how long we could stay up. Rei and Drew even stopped by! We sat around in our PJ’s and rang in the first day of the new year wonderfully!
